Outside lifestyle family shoots bring me a lot of joy. The way I approach these kind of shoots are in a relaxed way focusing on the moments as a family unit, interacting with one another. Capturing the essence of your family. As well as the uniqueness, the personalities that each family brings.
I aim to create an informal approach interacting in a relaxed manner bringing fun along the way, being silly and happy. Catching genuine emotions. As a Hull photographer I work in and around the local area.
My Approach
Being the way I am with every family I meet warm, attentive and relaxed, really does bring timeless images. True personality shines through, I like to keep my outdoor sessions as free and un posed as possible, being comfortable in your surroundings behaving as normal as possible having fun! This brings beautiful, carefree, natural images.
My lifestyle family shoots can be taken place in place in picturesque places such as; local parks or near by fields, beaches, nature reserves, scenic locations lists are endless! Which ever is accessible at that time and suiting your needs. Think about whether you have a connection with a location or do you want to create a new connection with a place. The natural surroundings create the perfect backdrop for family photos.
Concerns?
What to wear? Clothing all depends on the season. I personally think seasonal outfits are best. As well as we all love a bit of co-ordinating. Neutrals usually work best as a rule. But I always say clothing can also be an eye into someone's personality, which is personal to each individual.
What if it rains? Don't worry I am very flexible and will accommodate for the weather! I am more than happy to reschedule for a dry date. However who doesn't love a good splash in a puddle or a welly shot. So if you are comfortable in the rain then have no fear I am here.
What to expect after your session?
I will be working tirelessly to edit all of your images in my signature style or to your specifications but always to a high standards. I also have add-ons that can be purchased on top of your package such as extra prints and sizes, canvasses, USB, keepsake boxes. I am here to help you create the perfect tailored package for you.
